Right to Information (RTI)
The Right to Information Act, 2005 empowers citizens to seek information from public authorities and promotes transparency and accountability. Chembur Karnataka Night College is committed to providing information concerning its administration, academic processes, and public dealings in accordance with the Act.

How to Apply
Send a written application to the Public Information Officer (PIO) including your name, postal address, contact details, and a clear description of the information requested. Indicate whether you prefer the response by post or email.
- Submit in person at the college office
- Send by post to the college address
- Email (if accepted) to the official RTI email
Exclusions
- Personal information whose disclosure would invade privacy.
- Information affecting national security, public order, or exempted under the RTI Act.
- Confidential commercial or intellectual property data.
