Print Copy of College online form (Form Fees Rs. 100) to be filled from our College website: www.chemburkarnatakanightcollege.com
Original 12th marksheet and 2 photo copies
Original Leaving Certificate and 2 photo copies
Two photo copies of Aadhaar card
Three passport size photos
Gap Certificate duly notarised by the Notary Public in case the gap is more than three years (Affidavit format may please be obtained from the College)
True copy of the Government Gazette in case of name change, and true copy of the registered marriage certificate in case of marriage

All the above documents have to be submitted in a transparent folder along with fees to confirm the admission.
